As an Inside Sales Partner, you will be the driving force behind our lead generation efforts and will be responsible for **turning potential clients into qualified appointments for our sales team**.

**Responsibilities**:

- Receive inbound leads in order to schedule appointments for our lead agents
- Follow lead follow up standards and database management standards
- Qualify leads to determine their needs and interests
- Update and maintain our customer relationship management (CRM) system
- Schedule appointments for our sales team to meet with qualified leads
- Maximize conversion rates through effective communication and negotiation
- Work collaboratively with the team to implement strategies for optimizing lead conversion
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay ahead of industry trends and continuously refine your sales techniques
- Create and maintain automated follow up plans/content consistently

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales skills with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Sales experience 1+ years
- Proficiency in CRM software and lead management tools
- Familiarity with real estate sales is a plus but not required
- Proficiency in English; fluency in Spanish is a plus

**Compensation**:
This is a full-time in-office position with a base salary plus a generous bonus/commission structure based on performance. The total compensation package is expected to range between $45,700 to $70,000+ in the first year, with many inside sales agents making over $120,000 in year two and beyond. Competitive salary commensurate with experience
