**Duties**:

- Operate all day-to-day aspects of the business, including labor management, cost of goods and customer satisfaction
- Prepare cookies from scratch and ensure they meet the standards set by the company
- Inspire, motivate and lead a team of 15-30 bakers
- Create a unique and satisfactory experience for every customer

Qualifications:

- General knowledge of baking principles and processes
- Knowledge of food safety procedures and experience handling food in a professional environment
- A background in restaurant management and customer service
- Scheduling, COGS, inventory and people management skills preferred
