**The Role**:
We are seeking our first-ever Head of Enterprise Accounts. Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer and joining the Leadership Team, you will be responsible for leading a growing team of Enterprise Account Managers selling into GitKraken’s top enterprise accounts. In this player-coach role, you will also actively contribute to sales efforts within your existing Named Accounts.

**What you'll do**:

- Lead the development and execution of GitKraken’s enterprise sales strategy and processes to grow existing customers
- Provide strong leadership and guidance to the enterprise sales team, setting clear goals and objectives to drive performance, build strong customer relationships, and exceed revenue targets
- Maintain and expand relationships with key enterprise customers, understanding their business needs to deliver customized solutions and drive adoption and satisfaction
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, marketing, and customer success to ensure alignment for sales initiatives

**What you’ll bring**:

- 7+ years of experience in account management with a consistent track record of performance above quota
- 3+ years of experience in a Sales Leadership role
- Proven experience driving revenue growth through new business with current customers in the form of new subscription cross-sales, product upgrades, and contract renewals
- Experience selling into software development teams and/or experience in the developer tool space
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to lead teams in achieving high performance
- Passion and intuition for customer success and driving expansion of new use cases

- Experience within Developer Tooling companies such as GitHub, GitLab, Perforce, Tabnine, Jfrog, Digital.ai, CloudBees, Harness.io, Docker, Snyk, SonarCube, AWS, Microsoft, Digital Ocean, LaunchDarkly, Zapier, Postman, etc.
