**Job Overview**:
We are seeking motivated and driven Real Estate Agents to join our team at TDG. As a member of our team, you will benefit from significant mentorship, consistent open house leads and unlimited earning potential. With TDG's strong presence in the LA market, you will have the advantage of marketing our team sales, closing more deals quickly and consistently.

**Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and goals.
- Assist clients with buying, selling, and renting properties across the LA area.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about the latest trends and opportunities.
- Host and attend open houses to generate leads and promote listings (open house opportunities are available in the city and valley)
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the real estate transaction process.

**Qualifications**:

- Valid California real estate license.
- Proven track record of success in real estate sales (preferred but not required).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong work ethic and a proactive approach to building your client base.
- Familiarity with the LA real estate market and current industry trends.
- Ability to effectively manage your time and prioritize tasks.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $350,000.00 per year
