**About the Role**:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketer to join our team. As a Digital Marketer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, increase website traffic, and generate leads. If you have a passion for digital marketing and a strong understanding of various online marketing channels, we want to hear from you.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings, increase organic traffic, and drive lead generation.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that align with company objectives and target audience needs.
- Monitor and analyze website traffic, performance metrics, and campaign results to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
- Stay informed of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing, content creation, graphic design, and SEO to continuously enhance our strategies and tactics.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field.
- Experience in managing Google Ads search and remarketing campaigns, as well as FB/Instagram Ad campaigns with an understanding of how to track conversions.
- A/B Testing Experience through for Facebook and Google Ads campaigns
- In-depth knowledge of google analytics, google tag manager, semrush/spyfu
- Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, graphic design, and SEO optimization, preferably in the real estate or technology industry.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
- Strong writing skills with the ability to craft compelling and persuasive content for various digital platforms.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, including keyword research, on-page optimization, link building, and technical SEO.
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a cross-functional team environment.
- Real Estate industry experience is a plus
