Financial background helpful

**General Duties**:
Assist Investment Center Consultant with seminars and business development activities

Coordinate any sales or investment center presentations

Schedule and confirm initial and annual review appointments for Investment Center clients

contact potential Investment Center clients to schedule appointments and follow up as needed

maintain securities and insurance advertising logs and securities blotter according to record retention and compliance requirements

Prepare various reports, charts as needed

Coordinate the distribution and revision of all sales and operational materials

Compile and verify information for weekly/monthly reports: sales, member service activity

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 29.5 per week
