Automated Health Systems is a premier healthcare focused customer service call center vendor expanding in the Baltimore-area. Join at the front end for an exciting opportunity in a fast-paced contact center environment.

**This role is onsite in Elkridge, MD location**

**Call Center Benefits**:

**Call Center Responsibilities**:

- Assisting individuals and families with information and questions about DHS Programs.
- Providing accurate and consistent information.
- Providing quality customer service and support.

**Call Center Qualifications for the position include**:

- Customer-focused team player with a passion for helping people.
- Detail-oriented, fast learner with excellent communication skills.
- Maintain confidentiality of personal health information.
- Bilingual skills (i.e., Spanish) strongly preferred.
