Front Office Manager

Job Summary:
**Duties**:

- Manage all aspects of the front desk operations, including check-in/check-out procedures, guest inquiries, and reservations
- Train and supervise front desk staff to ensure efficient and professional service
- Handle guest complaints or issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Maintain accurate records of guest information, room availability, and financial transactions
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Conduct regular audits of front desk procedures to identify areas for improvement
- Monitor and respond to online reviews and feedback to maintain a positive reputation
- Assist with night audit duties as needed

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in hotel or hospitality management is required
- Excellent customer service skills with a strong focus on guest satisfaction
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and train staff effectively
- Multilingual skills are a plus
- Knowledge of night audit procedures is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field is preferred
