**Summary**:
This position is focused on filling in the gaps for both the Warehouse and Distribution Teams. Responsibilities include supporting within the warehouse - organizing, cleaning, unloading trucks, driving trucks, moving pallets, and setting up the warehouse.

**Primary Job Responsibilities**:

- Maximizing space in order to store product efficiently in warehouses
- Construct, wrap and label pallets of product with precision
- Accurate completion of proper documentation concerning shipping/receiving
- Ensure dry-goods warehouse and cold room are kept clean and organized
- Tracks and records inventory of finished and partial pallets from packaging runs, and performs audits as necessary
- Provides stock to tap room as needed
- Manually load and unload product from side loader truck
- Shipping & receiving of products (loading and unloading trucks)
- Lift, stack, and transport cases and kegs of beer of varying weights
- Help with various other tasks/projects when required deep cleaning, maintenance, pickups and deliveries, etc).
- Experience using spreadsheets and other inventory management software
- Reading order sheets and ensuring product is tagged properly
- Maintaining a consistent and up to date inventory
- Assisting in supervising the warehouse team when the Manager is not present

**Equipment Operation - Safely Operates**:

- Must be able to operate forklifts, box trucks, electric pallet jacks, and non-electric pallet jacks

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or GED
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have a safe driving record
- Able to lift, load, unload and move products and fulfill all physical requirements of the job
- Strong computer skills
- Strong communication skills

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- One (1) year or more of logistics/warehouse management experience
- The base pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00 per hour. The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is paid within the range depends on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, prior employment history/job-related knowledge, qualifications and skills, etc."_
