Marketing Coordinator

General duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
**Requirements**:
- Develop proposals and interview presentations as part of the RFP/RFQ process for municipalities and private developers
- Collaborate with Studio Managers to gather project information, photos, and other content for marketing materials
- Manage social media accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram) and create content to highlight projects, staff events and accomplishments, and firm news
- Develop content for TSW website and press releases
- Develop and manage the production of marketing collateral such as project sheets, resumes, brochures, advertisements, and presentations
- Coordinate participation and develop marketing collateral for industry events and conferences-
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field or 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the urban planning, architecture, or design industry
- Strong written and verbal communication, with a keen eye for detail
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator) and Microsoft Office
- Experience with social media management and digital marketing tools
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to set priories and meet deadlines- Applications without a portfolio/work samples will not be considered. _Additional materials may be requested at a later date._
