As a Sales and Service Representative, you will play a critical role in understanding the local market, prospecting for new business, and using consultative selling techniques to meet customer needs. You will also provide excellent service to our existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
**Position Requirements**:
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent
- **Experience**: At least one year in a sales environment, with experience in marketing, prospecting, cold calling, networking, preparing quotes, and delivering presentations
- **Licensing**: Property and Casualty insurance license is preferred before starting and required after beginning employment

- **Earning Potential**: Competitive hourly pay rate from $18/hour depending on experience plus commission opportunities
