**The Job**: Our Assistant Maintenance Managers have a do-it-all job. Some days are pressure filled and out ASM's need to remain flexible, resourceful and efficient. Specific responsibilities include:

- Diagnose problems and repairs related to HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, appliances, exterior structures and pools, as necessary.
- Schedule, monitor, and perform preventative maintenance.
- Assist the Service Manager in directing and supervising maintenance staff.
- Purchase materials.
- this is a large, multi-phase property.

**The Details**:Our Assistant Maintenance Managers should have:

- High School diploma or equivalent
- Diagnose problems and repairs related to HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, appliances, exterior structures, and pools, as necessary.
- Schedule, monitor, and perform preventative maintenance.
- Assist the Service Manager in directing and supervising maintenance staff.
- Purchase materials.
- At least 3 years of previous experience in apartment maintenance or related experience.
- Basic tools of the trade.
- This is a large, multi-phase property.
- HVAC and CPO Certifications a required.
- On-call

Schedule: Monday through Friday (6:30 am through 3:00 pm)
