Our company is seeking an energetic, hardworking, detail-oriented **Commercial**:
**RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES**
- Knowledgeable of real estate/ landlord tenant laws
- Analyze and research vendor inquiries including vendor invoice and payment queries by working with suppliers
- Record keeping of property changes, income, expenses, and maintenance
- Maintain data for city/town records, collections and tenant files.
- Ensuring tenants rent collections are processed in a timely and accurate manner
- Provide regular communication regarding property status and overseeing electrical repairs, ground maintenance and refurbishing
- Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential
- Preparing lease packets for new and current tenants.
- Strong organization skills and prioritizing upcoming tasks

**SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS**
- 3 plus years of **Commercial** - Property Management experience
- 3 plus years of Financial experience
- 3 plus years of Book Keeping experience
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel and Word experience
- Effective organization and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and adhere to project deadlines
- Customer service orientation and negotiation skills
- Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
- Solid understanding of intermediate bookkeeping and accounting principles
- Bilingual

**Education**:

- Qualifying Certifications in Real Estate, and/or Property Management
- BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Public Administration

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
