**Responsibilities**:

- Integration of Power BI into Xerox’s Managed Service Delivery Business Units; understanding the business requirements and translating them into Power BI reports, drawing on all available data sources
- Strong understanding of Xerox’s Managed Service Delivery business structure in order to support the specification of new reports, eliciting requirements from stakeholders from across the business
- Integration of many complex data sources, both on-premise and cloud-hosted, including; CSVs, JSON, SQL, APIs, and ODBC-type connections
- Experience of data structures within Xerox Services Manager (XSM) & Xerox Device Manager (XDM)
- Data modeling across multiple operational systems; mapping relationships between disparate datasets, identifying blockers, and resolving
- Building Apps using Dataverse or Canvas
- Develop reports and dashboards that draw together data from multiple sources
- Performance tuning; ensuring data is ingested in a way that minimises computational burden
- Lead/perform data and quality analysis including data mapping reviews, data validation and remediation, alert validation, and issue impact analysis
- Implementing an access control structure and framework for managing it
- Developing How2-type guidance and training end users
- Experience working with integrated team & independently
- Administration & Support of existing Power BI reports (e.g. DOAM) including modifying to accommodate business change

**Skills, Qualifications and Experience required**:

- Sound experience within Business Intelligence development
- Experience using Power BI dataflows to manage data from multiple sources
- Experience using all aspects of the Power Platform suit to capture and automate processes (Including; Power Apps & Power Automate)
- Understanding of database management systems and ETL frameworks
- Understand data security, including row-level security and data sensitivity
- Knowledge of SQL, M Query, and Data Analysis Expressions (DAX), ideally with some capability in R & Python scripting
- Knowledge of Xerox Brand standards.
- Knowledge of Service Management Process standards, working knowledge of ITIL/ Xerox’s GSDM processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Proficiency in Print Device and Software Asset Management processes
- Ideally, some experience in a Services delivery sector, providing analysis of Incident, Asset & Volume metrics for enterprise client-facing reporting and capacity management
- Skilled in business analysis, translating business requirements into technical specifications
- Skilled in designing and optimizing Xerox business processes and managing the delivery of the product to meet expectations, producing technical documentation (e.g. business requirement documentation, Use Cases, GUI / Interface designs, process flows), and communicating with all parties throughout the development lifecycle
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities, proactive in working with stakeholders to overcome issues
- Comfortable working with a range of stakeholders of varying levels of seniority, job roles, and globally
- Willingness and aptitude to learn and understand the operational structure and business mechanisms in order to generate meaningful reports
- Will not shy away from a challenge or delivering excellence and will always display willingness to learn and develop in the role
- May have passed or be studying towards Exam PL-300: Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst
