Leasing Consultant

Job Title: Bilingual Leasing Professional
Location: Pompano Beach, FL
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet and assist prospective tenants, providing detailed information about available properties and leasing terms.
- Conduct property tours and highlight key features and amenities.
- Provide exceptional customer service, collaborating with property management to address and resolve tenant concerns and issues promptly.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred to
effectively communicate with a diverse resident base.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Leasing Agent or in a similar role in the real estate industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of property management and leasing regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Entrata property management software is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Customer-focused with a professional demeanor.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a bonus.
