We are currently seeking a Leasing Consultant for our busy Long Beach leasing office (approx. 600 units) – 1 year experience in leasing or customer service/sales is required.

You must also be organized, possess effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to find appropriate solutions to challenges – every day. You are the go-to person who provides assistance to our future and current residents. Experience with Yardi Voyager and CRM would be awesome

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing our phones which are always busy.
  • Providing extraordinary customer service by demonstrating our community to prospective residents.
  • Supporting and adding value to the company’s marketing efforts.
  • Generating a consistent of flow of qualified traffic.
  • Assisting in the development and maintenance of successful resident retention programs.
  • Planning and coordinating resident functions.
  • Delivering updated local market conditions to Community Manager keeping us up to date about the competition.

We offer a competitive hourly rate, monthly leasing bonuses, employee housing discount, and excellent benefits. Must work weekends (at least one weekend day, Saturday, or Sunday, will be required).
