Inside Sales Representative

As our inside sales representative, you will be responsible for listening actively to patients' needs, educating and wowing them about our innovative, life-changing services. Most of our patients have exhausted a lot of their options, so they often understandably come in skeptical. However, this is where your natural ability to gain anybody's trust, and even get them excited shines

**Responsibilities**
- Keep our customer database up-to-date and on-point so we can stay ahead of the game.
- Stay on top of our game by regularly tracking and smashing our monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Get your daily dose of adrenaline by reviewing the fresh leads that come in from different sources.
- Win customers over with your charm and persuasion skills while converting inbound and outbound calls.
- Build excitement and anticipation for the next stage of the customer journey by prequalifying leads like a pro.

**Qualifications**
- Prior experience in a sales-focused position is preferred, but we're also open to seeing your unique skills and potential.
- Ready to tackle a variety of tasks with a smile and a can-do attitude in a productive and friendly work environment.
- Must have strong time management and interpersonal skills to ensure that our patients are always satisfied.
- Love the rush of a startup environment? You'll fit right in here.
- Work hand-in-hand with other departments, including clinical, administrative, sales, and marketing, to make sure our patients receive the best care and service possible. Collaboration is key
- We are looking for someone who is able to work on the weekends.
- Spanish speakers are encouraged to apply.

We're also planning to expand throughout the Bay Area, and our founder is currently writing a book about our innovative approach.

Pay: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour
