We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented and organized individual to join our law firm as a Receptionist/Office Assistant in either a part or full-time capacity. This entry level position has the potential for growth within our firm. Your primary duties will include answering phones, greeting clients, opening files on firm-specific software and assisting with various administrative tasks as needed.
- **Responsibilities**_:

- Greet and assist clients in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system
- Open files using firm-specific software
- Assist with office management duties as needed, including picking up the mail from the post office
- **Qualifications**_:

- Willingness and ability to learn and adapt to new tasks and procedures
- Willingness to submit to a background check
- Experience in a receptionist, personal assistant, or office management role preferred
- Strong verbal/written communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in data entry and transcribing information accurately
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 35 per week
