Job Summary
The Human Resource Assistant serves as a general office assistant and provides clerical support to Human Resources department. Provides front office receptionist support and maintains a high level of customer service to all Associates and guests. Performs other general duties as assigned.
Pay Range
Minimum $22.63 Midpoint $29.99 Maximum $37.34
- Rate of pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, education, as well as position requirements._
Experience
Required: Minimum one year of prior experience working in Human Resources or two years in a customer service or office setting role.
Education
Required: BA/BS degree.
Specialized Skills
Required: Strong customer service skills and phone etiquette. Ability to keyboard 40 wpm. Ability to read; write legibly; speak in English with professional quality; use computer, printer, and software programs necessary to the position. Operate/troubleshoot basic office equipment required for the position. Ability to relate and communicate positively, effectively, and professionally with others; work calmly and respond courteously when under pressure; collaborate and accept direction. Ability to communicate effectively in English in person, in writing, and on the telephone; think critically; manage multiple assignments effectively; organize and prioritize workload; work well under pressure; problem solve; recall information with accuracy; pay close attention to detail; work independently with mínimal supervision.
Preferred: Workday, Kronos, Lawson HRIS experience.
