ARLANXEO is excited to present a new opening for a Payroll and HR Coordinator. This role is available at either our Pittsburgh, PA office or Orange, Texas plant.

The Payroll and HR Coordinator will manage outsourced payroll services, handle payroll administration, collaborate on employee deductions, ensure accurate and timely payments while complying with regulations, and assist with global HR initiatives.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Adhering to payroll procedures and policies with utmost confidentiality
  • Developing clear employee communications regarding payroll matters
  • Addressing issues promptly by monitoring the Payroll mailbox
  • Ensuring data precision in Dayforce, particularly related to benefits
  • Timely submission and review of payroll entries, timesheets, and paystubs
  • Supervising employee timesheet approvals for compliance
  • Verifying federal, state, and local tax accuracy
  • Compiling necessary data for audits and year-end activities
  • Providing essential reports for business needs
  • Supporting HR functions such as interview scheduling and compliance tasks

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • Associate's degree in Business, Human Resources, or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
  • Prior experience in payroll administration
  • Familiarity with Dayforce or similar payroll software
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant tools
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Capability to analyze and communicate large datasets effectively
