As we continue to expand, we are seeking an Office Temp to provide administrative support and assist with various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our café.

As an Office Temp at Chat Genie Café, you will play a crucial role in supporting our administrative team and contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations. Your main responsibilities will include:

- Performing data entry and maintaining records and databases accurately.
- Assisting with scheduling appointments and meetings, coordinating calendars, and preparing meeting materials.
- Providing administrative support to various departments, including human resources, finance, and operations.
- Assisting with inventory management, including ordering office supplies and maintaining stock levels.
- Assisting with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as reconciling invoices and processing payments.
- Assisting with special projects and events as needed, including research, planning, and coordination.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the office area, including filing paperwork and keeping workspaces tidy.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in an office or administrative role preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office software.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with data entry and recordkeeping.
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles.
- Enthusiasm for providing exceptional customer service and supporting team members.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
