**Cleaning & Restoration Technician Job Summary**
Assist in gaining and retaining customers by fulfilling the company’s obligations through the timely and effective delivery of residential and commercial cleaning services.
**Cleaning & Restoration Technician** **Responsibilities**
- Effectively perform Carpet & Floor Cleaning and Restoration services the company offers
- Participate in the company’s sales meetings and increase the average specialty cleaning ticket through upselling value-added products.
- Complete appropriate cleaning and restoration documentation, authorizations, and customer invoices.
- Communicate effectively with customers.
- Perform basic equipment maintenance.
- Perform basic vehicle maintenance.
- Inspect completed work.
- Complete the technician’s daily log.
- Complete Work Orders.
- Maintain appearance and stock of appropriate tools, materials, and supplies for company vehicles.
- Maintain inventory of related supplies.
- Available to support after hours restoration calls.
- Willing to learn and work with the newest equipment and technology in the industry.
- Willing to hold self and others accountable for maintaining company standards.
**Cleaning & Restoration Technician Qualifications and Experience**
- **Education and Experience**: High school diploma (or GED).
- **1 year of floor cleaning experience preferred, and/or some form of specialty cleaning (i.e. Stripping & Waxing Commercial Space Flooring, Air Duct Cleaning, Tile and Grout Cleaning, Upholstery Cleaning, etc.)**:
- **Highly Desired Certificates from Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC)**
- Carpet Cleaning Technician (CCT)* preferred, but not required
- **Opportunities to advance into**:
