Paradigm Mechanical Corp. is currently looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team. The Project Manager is responsible for management of Federal Projects (Mechanical & General Construction) in the Southern California Region. A Project Manager with our team is the main point of contact with the client/owner. The PM’s focus is delivering a quality project, on time, within budget, and leaving such an impression on the client that we are asked back for the next opportunity.

- solid vendor/subcontractor relationships and payment history

- organized electronic job filing system

Project Manager Brief Job Description:

- Develop and maintain project schedules, product submittals, buyout.
- Develop and oversee project budgeting, cost projecting, billing, and reporting.
- Prepare and monitor project start up and close out documentation.
- Attend project meetings, visit the jobsites, provide support for field teams.

Founded in 2010, Paradigm has focused on mechanical projects (wet, dry, plumbing) throughout the southern California region, servicing government, commercial and industrial facilities. We provide 24/7 on-call service, maintenance programs, and retrofit/upgrade solutions.

In 2019, Paradigm was awarded our largest contracts to date, two JOC (Job Order Contracts) with the Dept. of the Navy, for five years with a $50 million capacity each. While these contracts have allowed us to expand our reach in California, our target market remains Southern California.
