Construction Superintendent

Superintendent for San Diego area General Contractor specializing in public projects. Our projects include new construction, renovation, additions to existing buildings, as well as site work and park projects.

We are a hands-on company. There are times when our superintendent must take part in the work.

Qualifications include:

• Minimum five years verifiable public works superintendent experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Working knowledge of all phases of construction.
• Proficient understanding of the relationship between plans and specifications.
• Familiar with local agency inspection requirements as well as DSA inspections.
• Valid CDL with DMV report.
• Competent in MS Office products.
• Ability to produce project schedules using scheduling programs.
• Strong command of the English language.
• Project documentation, including: Daily reports, RFI's, and Look ahead scheduling.
• Work in coordination with owners and subcontractors.
• Pass drug test.
• Submit to fingerprint background check.
• 30 hour OSHA Cert.
