- We provide exclusive LEADS to our LO's to support them in building their business. The leads we provide often need to be referred to an Agent to help in their home purchase
- 30% + of our leads are provided in the form of live transfers.
- The top 2 states for leads at this time are Illinois and Florida.
- If you are bi-lingual, you will enjoy a significant amount of leads on a daily basis
- iLoan has an exclusive digital marketing campaign for real estate agents. Your top referral partners will have an opportunity to captue specific markets and will receive many leads on a monthly basis - available throughout the US
- Coaching and mentoring by top producers - in and outside the company
- Highest commissions paid on company provided leads. iLoan does not charge for leads provided

Qualifications:

- No minimum experience required as a Mortgage Loan Originator
- Must be licensed in Illinois - additional states is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the financial services industry
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: $100,000.00 - $500,000.00 per year
