We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Call Center Representatives at Blossom & Ivory in New York City. As a Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance with inquiries, processing orders, and resolving issues promptly and professionally. **Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers with professionalism and empathy, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely manner.
- Provide product information, assistance with orders, and resolution to customer issues, ensuring a positive and satisfactory experience.
- Utilize CRM systems and other software tools to accurately document customer interactions, update customer profiles, and process orders efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal departments, including sales, shipping, and returns, to resolve customer issues and ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
- Proactively follow up with customers regarding order status, delivery updates, and resolution of any outstanding issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information and assistance to customers.
- Meet and exceed performance targets for call volume, customer satisfaction, and quality assurance metrics.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred but not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations with patience and empathy.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other computer software tools.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent.

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
