Call Center Representative

Responsibilities
- Answering and responding to incoming calls, emails, and chats promptly and professionally.
- Providing information and assistance to customers regarding products, orders, and services.
- Resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Up-selling and cross-selling products and services to maximize customer value.
- Achieving and exceeding individual and team performance targets.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a customer service or call center role preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using computer systems and navigating multiple software applications.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Salary
$1100 - $1560 /week
