Job description
- We are a dynamic Pallet Company based in Schaumburg, IL. We specialized in pallet manufacturing and distribution. As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a talented and ambitious Logistics Manager Coordinator to join our team._

**Duties**:
The Logistics Manager Coordinator is responsible for managing client relationships, fulfilling orders, and liaising with the warehouse to ensure that deliveries are accurate and on time. The Logistics Manager Coordinator is also responsible for:

- Coordinate and oversee the transportation, distribution & customer satisfaction.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure optimal stock levels.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers and carriers to ensure cost effective logistic solutions.
- Analyze data to identify areas for process improvement and cost savings.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Address any issues or delays in the logistics process promptly and efficiently.
- Prepare and maintain reports on logistics activities.
- Assist in the development of logístical plans, policies, and procedures
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations across organization.
- Communicate with suppliers, customers, and transportation companies to ensure smooth operations.
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the transportation process.
- Maintain accurate records of all logistics activities

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to transcribe and file documents efficiently

Schedule
- 6:30am to 4:00pm and every other Saturday from 7:00am to 11:00am

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: In person

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
