You will take ownership of our field automation and instrumentation portfolio. You will be responsible for driving execution across multiple projects through collaboration with cross-functional teams and customers engagement. You will ensure the timely delivery of projects within scope and budget to ensure business growth and customer satisfaction.

As a Lead Chemical Automation Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, partners and technology leadership to define product offerings for our field automation and instrumentation portfolio
- Taking ownership for the full project life cycle to ensure we deliver successful technology products and services to our customers
- Coordinating the execution and delivery of multiple projects to track and share outcomes
- Organizing project teams of technical and functional experts according to budget, scope and timelines to ensure successful delivery
- Partnering with execution team to resolve roadblocks and interdependencies on projects
- Tracking project outcomes and customer satisfaction levels through metrics to measure against service level while sharing lessons learned
- Managing stakeholder communication and reporting progress to all levels of our organisation
- Providing initial and final financial reviews to ensure on time and on budget project execution including ongoing tracking

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math). A minimum 8 years of professional experience.
- Have solid project management and project leadership experience
- Demonstrate experience managing budgets, spend and liquidations
- Be an excellent communicator and leader with great interpersonal, influencing and planning skills
- Have experience collaborating with a global team to solve problems and execute solutions in a timely manner
- Be able to show excellent problem-solving, process improvement and analytical skills
- Demonstrate a customer-focused mindset through partnering with your customers to create new processes and shape their future initiatives
