We are a SaaS company that operates in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment. Our 3 teams located in the US, Poland, and Thailand work collaboratively around the clock to build our PCRS platform that automates the full administration lifecycle of all extended warranties, F&I products, and service contracts for our customers.

**What You’ll Do**

The Sales Admin & Events Assistant is responsible for providing sales administrative support and assisting with planning onsite sales meetings and other sales events.

**In this role, you will**:

- Provide administrative support for sales executives.
- Assist with scheduling onsite meetings for the sales and customer success teams, including sending invites, setting up conferences rooms and ordering refreshments.
- Assist sales team with preparing proposals and sales materials.
- Assist in planning events that help drive revenue at industry conferences and user conferences.
- Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns.
- Collaborate with marketing and other professionals to coordinate branded materials. Provide general administrative support to VP of Sales, CEO and other executive support when needed.

**What You’ll Need to Join Our Team**

**Experience**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent work experience.
- At least one year of admin support or sales experience.
- Experience in a customer facing role, providing customer service.

**Skills**

**Note: It is preferred for this role to be in the Park Ridge, IL office 4-5 days per week. There will be mínimal travel to conferences and sales events.
