Patient Registration Representative

Fast-paced specialty doctors office check-in desk, make appointments, high-volume phones. Must have excellent customer service skills and know how to deal with the public. Past medical office work is highly desired. Medical Assistant preferred. SPANISH SPEAKING preferred. EPIC system use a huge plus., insurance knowledge and verification a huge plus. We have two, full-time, positions open.

**Qualifications**:
- Proficiency in Epic software
- Fluency in Spanish for effective communication with patients
- Strong customer service skills to ensure patient satisfaction
- Knowledge of medical terminology and HIPAA regulations
- Experience in a medical office setting, preferably with EMR systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multi-line phone systems
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
