Glendale, United States New Look Skin Center Full time

New Look Skin, LLC is looking for an experienced, call center representative who will be able to provide our patients with the highest level of customer service in our well-known, extremely fast-paced, and busy Medical Spa.

**Responsibilities include but not limited to**:

- Implement our etiquette and customer service policy at all times
- Greet patients and check them in for treatments
- Check out patients, take payments, and make future appointments
- Provide information to patients regarding products and services
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Answer phone calls
- Direct calls on multi-line phones

**Qualifications**:

- Full availability (including weekends) is **required**:

- 1-2 years of administrative or customer service experience
- Excellent customer service skills as well as strong communication skills
- Able to maintain poise and a friendly attitude at all times
- Willing and able to work Saturdays and/or Sundays
- Call Center experience is highly desirable
- Able and willing to work at the fast-paced and super busy front office
- Very detail orientated
- Bilingual - Preferred
