**AKA BEVERLY HILLS is hiring for a Guest Services Associate**

The sleek furnished Beverly Hills apartments at AKA are distinct from any other luxury extended stay in Los Angeles. Situated at Crescent Drive and Wilshire Boulevard, AKA’s Beverly Hills luxury extended stay is an exclusive and contemporary residential oasis.

**We’re looking for someone with**:

- A high school degree or equivalent.
- 1-year prior experience with a luxury hospitality organization.
- Strong guest services skills.
- Problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Highly detail-oriented.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment.

**In this role you will be responsible for**:

- Follow up with residents on housekeeping/maintenance requests once they have been completed.
- Maintaining a positive working relationship with all residents, team members, and guests.
- Ensuring that the highest standards of service and professionalism meet our guest’s needs.
- Auditing new reservations to ensure accuracy.

The hospitality industry requires varying schedules to support the business needs of the hotel.

Pay: From $23.50 per hour
