Overview:
**Position Summary**: The Neurophysiologist Technician is under mínimal supervision of the Ambulatory PCS manager, performs a wide variety of Neurodiagnostic studies to include both in
- patient and out
- patient settings.
**Qualifications**: Enrollment in or graduation from a Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education CAAHEP accredited Neurodiagnostic Program or an Associates Degree or higher from an accredited college or university is desired. Enrolled in or completion of an internship program as a Neurophysiologist technologist to gain experience. 6 months or more working in a patient care environment, pediatric experience preferred.
**License, Registration or Certification required**: Current BLS certification. Will certify as a Registered Neurophysiology Technician within 2 years of hire and or graduation. Knowledge Skills and Abilities Required: Demonstrated organizational skills. Familiar with basic computer knowledge -with emphasis on Word and Excel.
