Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Neurodiagnostic Technologist to join our team at Children's Hospital Los Angeles. As a Neurophysiologist Senior Tech Per Diem, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of neurodiagnostic studies, including EEG testing, evoked potentials, and specialized studies in the laboratory and at the bedside of critically ill patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct neurodiagnostic studies, including EEG testing, evoked potentials, and specialized studies
  • Provide findings, results, and descriptive analysis according to department standards
  • Collaborate with other healthcare team members in the delivery of care
  • Consistently demonstrate commitment to a patient and family-focused model of care
Requirements
  • Graduate of Neurophysiology technology program accredited by the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation or equivalent formal training
  • 2 years of EEG experience in a hospital setting, pediatric experience preferred
  • Registration and Certification required: Current BLS certification, Registered-American Board of Registration of Electroencephalographic and Evoked Potential Technologists
