**Job Type**: Full-time

**Salary**: $120,000 - $140,000 per year

**Experience**:

- Director of Operations: 5 years (required)
- EOS
- Finance or accounting degree

**Compensation**:
$120,000 - $140,000 per year

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily operations across both locations to ensure efficient and effective delivery of dental services.
- Implement SOP, protocols, and strategies to enhance operational efficiency, patient satisfaction, and team performance.
- Manage personnel requirements, including hiring, training, and development of staff.
- Foster a positive, collaborative work environment that upholds our high standards of patient care.
- Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure compliance with health regulations and maintain the highest standards of dental practice.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Oversee financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

**Qualifications**:

- Must have the willingness to travel between both office locations weekly and possess a vehicle for transportation.
- Required to have a minimum of 5 years of experience in managing day-to-day operations in a healthcare or dental setting with multiple locations.
- Proven track record of strong leadership skills in motivating and developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities are a must.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills focusing on patient-centered care are essential.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices is required.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field is necessary, while a Master’s degree is advantageous.
