Sales Order Processor
- Input order details into the company’s ERP system
- Receive and review customer orders to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Verify pricing, product availability, and shipping information
- Ensure proper packaging and documentation for shipment
- Process order modifications, cancellations, back orders and returns as needed
- Communicate with customers regarding order status, delays, and other relevant information
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize, handle multiple tasks and be a team player
- Proficient with computer skills
- At least 2 years of sales order processing skills
- Input order details into the company’s processing system
