Responsibilities and Duties
Duties Include (but are not limited to):
- Process orders from our online stores. (Amazon, Ebay, Walmart and etc)
- Add and edit products in our database.
- Make shipping labels.
- Provide excellent customer service via phone and emails
- File lost package claim and manage return packages.
- Basic office administrative tasks
Qualifications and Skills
Fulfillment Requirements:
- Excellent English speaking and writing skills (Mandarin Chinese is a plus)
- Moderate computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word and Excel a must)
- Ability to multi-task and problem solve with minimal supervision
- Friendly, reliable, with a strong work ethic
- Available 30-40 hours per week: Monday - Friday
- Available to work on weekends. (1-2 HR / Day)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
