Credit Processor

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Credit Processor to join our team at Ingram Content Group. As a Credit Processor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our credit processing operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Review and process return paperwork from our warehouses to determine eligibility for hassle-free credit.
- Verify product purchase price and discount information using our system or packing slips.
- Perform data entry to update our Credit Processing system with essential information related to returns.
- Process manual credit allowances and debits submitted by internal customers.
- Review weekly held and duplicate reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Monitor our Credit Processing email box and take action to resolve incoming messages regarding errors.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 1 year of work experience in a related field, including basic math computations, distribution processes, and data entry functions.
- 1 year of experience with Mainframe, AS400, OCR, and/or document storage/retrieval systems, word processing, email, and basic Excel spreadsheet skills.
