**Position**: Sales Manager USA, Transport Packaging Solutions

**Position Summary**:
As the **Sales Manager** for our client, you will spearhead the company's expansion efforts in the US market. Reporting to the Managing Director, your responsibilities will include establishing and expanding sales structures, cultivating partnerships with distributors and clients, and conducting market analysis to pinpoint growth opportunities. Your entrepreneurial acumen will be essential in navigating the startup-like environment with the German organization providing support, as you promote the company’s tailored eco-friendly packaging solutions. This includes machinery as well as paper materials produced in-house, designed to meet the diverse needs of clients across various industries.

**Responsibilities**:

- Drive the successful rollout of the company's product portfolio across the US market.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential customers across various sectors.
- Conduct comprehensive market analyses to pinpoint growth opportunities and challenges.
- Manage operational tasks, including setup of user-friendly smaller machines, and provide on-going customer service and first-level technical support as needed.
- Represent the company at trade fairs and events, both company-hosted and those organized by sales partners.
- Plan and execute projects aimed at driving growth across all product categories.
- Spearhead sales negotiations and deliver impactful presentations to key stakeholders.
- Provide regular, insightful reports to management on sales performance and market trends.
- Perform general organizational duties as required to support overall business objectives.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Demonstrated success in sales, preferably with established networks within key sectors including logistics, e-commerce, furniture, and manufacturing. Experience in related industries will also be considered.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in driving business expansion and cultivating new business connections and sales territories.
- Passion for technical concepts and solutions, coupled with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively build and maintain relationships with team members, distributors, partners, and clients.
- Dedication to quality work and adaptability, along with a hands-on approach to tasks.
- Proficient in MS Office.

Pay: From $120,000.00 per year
