**PURPOSE STATEMENT**:
Grow lines of service as defined by management by developing and retaining referrals from physicians and other key non-physician referral sources. Work collaboratively with all levels of facility and division sales leadership to support the organizations mission and revenue goals.

**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**:
Generate new business development leads and help maintain existing relationships with hospital discharge planners, social workers, case managers, physicians, therapists, treatment centers, psychiatrists and other referral sources.

Collaborate with Treatment Placement Specialists and Business Development leadership to enhance educational events, and site visits.

Work closely with facility and division leadership, to evaluate, analyze, and interpret market utilization data for facility service lines.

Develop and implement a comprehensive internal and external marketing plan that would increase revenues and profits for facilities.

Successfully achieve monthly and quarterly objectives which include but not limited to a minimum of 80 Face-to-Face meetings monthly with referral sources, ensuring a thorough understanding of services available.

Work closely with the consumer marketing team to ensure that websites, social media campaigns and digital strategies are aligned with facility expectations.

Execute referrals and retention strategies effectively, continuously modifying strategies and plans to ensure quality outcomes and results for referral sources and facilities.

Prepare and present regular reports, identifying trends, additional referral opportunities, and obstacles for retention and growth.

Recruit, hire and train new Business Development staff as needed.

**OTHER FUNCTIONS**:
Perform other functions and tasks as assigned.

**EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS**:
Bachelors or Master's degree from accredited college or university is preferred. Three or more years of sales or healthcare business development experience.

**LICENSES/DESIGNATIONS/CERTIFICATIONS**:
Valid state driver's license.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
