Rental Coordinator

Overview:
Are you looking for a permanent part time position? The Santa Barbara Woman’s Club is looking for a highly organized, self-motivated, flexible individual who can coordinate all rental bookings and complete a follow up checklist for each event. The position will also provide support for all of our Club activities. Must enjoy interaction with people.
**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee all aspects of the rental process from customer inquiries to contract completion
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting with inquiries, reservations, and issues
- Manage front desk operations including phone etiquette and data entry
- Utilize Excel for tracking rental data and generating reports
- Collaborate with Facilities Manager to ensure smooth event management
- Proficiency in retail math for pricing and calculations
- Proficient in data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Excellent phone etiquette for customer interactions
- Familiarity with Excel for data tracking and reporting
- Front desk management experience is beneficial
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience with Canva and Word Press desireable
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 - 30 per week
