**Responsibilities**:
**Position Summary**:
Provide Human Resources support to hospital employees while supporting the leadership of the department through file maintenance, new hire processes, Paynotes publication, and special projects.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Must possess the skill, knowledge and ability essential to the successful performance of assigned duties
- Must demonstrate customer service skills appropriate to the job
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to maintain a work pace appropriate to the workload
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across the Health System
- 3 years Human Resources clerical/generalist experience

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Knowledge of University and medical center organizations, policies, procedures and forms
- Proficiency in Word/Excel/HRIS.
- Strong organizational skills
- BA Degree in related field
