**Job Summary**

Do you enjoy working with customer's and their pets; have an eye for detail; like a close knit team environment? Then our client service team may be your new home We are looking for a customer service representative to help us schedule appointments, provide product/services information and help pet parents make the best choices in health care for their pets. The best CSRs are genuinely excited to help customers.

The hours will include day, some evenings until 7 PM and rotating Saturday shifts 8 AM to 2 PM. Responsibilities include: answering multi-line telephones, greeting clients, data entry, cashier duties, and filing. Compensation will be determined by experience and typically falls between the range of $15-16 per hour.

**Responsibilities and Duties**

Making clients feel welcome and providing them with excellent service. Smiling, greeting, and accurately helping clients through the details of their appointment. Responding to client needs on the phone, scheduling appointments, taking information for the doctor. Accurately creating medical record entries. Invoicing medical transactions and collecting monies for services provided.
- Manage incoming calls
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with clients (and their pets) through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Meet personal/customer service team client satisfaction targets and client productivity goals.
- Accurately record client transactions and process customer accounts and documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers

**Qualifications and Skills**

Outgoing personality. Happy disposition. Detail focus throughout the day's shift. Accurate data entry skills. Computer fluency. Quick study on new software programs. Desirous of a fast paced work environment. Willing to play together nicely in a workplace that can become stressful when client's need quick service.
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- High school degree

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
