Sales Representative

Allen Organ Company, the world’s largest builder of digital organs, is looking to expand its sales and marketing team at the Macungie, PA sales facility. The ideal candidate will be a highly self-motivated, detail-oriented individual with a strong musical/organ background, and possess high-level problem-solving skills, and computer/multimedia technical abilities. It is essential that the candidate be personable and professional.

Responsibilities include:

• Represent Allen Organ Company’s products professionally

• Assist worldwide dealer network with sales, installation and technical issue resolution

• Provide customer service related to user operation including MIDI products, legacy technology, in-field troubleshooting, and other tasks as assigned.

Requirements and Skills:

• Sales experience preferred

• Organ/musical background required

• Domestic and international travel required

• Strong verbal and written English communication

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Ability to work in a self-directed manner

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite
