Office Communications Specialist

Essential

**Responsibilities**:
mail
- Collaborating with others to help plan events and initiatives
- Scheduling and managing clients
- Maintaining contact lists
- Representing office interests in relationships with external associates, including vendors,

consultants, and clients
- Tracking and ordering office supplies
- Handling incoming and outgoing packages and mail
- Creating reports if needed
- Assisting the nurse when appropriate with vital signs and discontinuing IV’s
- Updating client’s chart with history, allergies and appropriate notes
- Take pictures of clients for social media
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.

Marketing
engage in sales events and marketing campaigns

**Qualifications**:

- Have exceptional communication and social skills
- The ability to offer suggestions for IVs or supplements based on what the client is telling you
- Recognize and respond to potential problems
- Take initiative to solve problems independently and creatively
- Strategically manage time
- Multitask and quickly shift tasks to complete a variety of menial duties without letting

anything fall through the cracks
- Maintain composure when things go wrong
- Be prompt and prepared at all times

throughout the day
- Work quickly, but accurately

We are hiring for a full time Front Office Communications Specialist position for our Spring Hill location. Shift availability and hours may fluctuate based on business needs. Additional hours may be

Pay: $22.04 - $24.22 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 50 per week
