Summary of Description:
NPP is seeking an experienced and energetic sales professional to increase sales at the local branch.

The expectations are for the incumbent to optimize sales leads through improved close rates, upselling customers, and enhancing overall customer retention. This position will have the opportunity to grow sales through inbound and outbound sales at the branch.

Essential Functions:

- Grows revenue by selling products, services, repairs, and installations.
- Sets daily lead appointments for both inside and outside sales. Visits customer homes for larger or complex sales.
- Coordinates and manages lead opportunities that arise from reported issues from field.
- Utilize internal chat and systems to communicate with team members.
- Handles inbound sales leads for residential and commercial, service and repair opportunities.
- Supports branch by helping solve customer service issues.
- Tracks lead to close ratio and shares with management.
- Host sales events and networks in community to build brand awareness.
- Strategizes and suggests promotions to drive excitement and profitable sales.
- Ensure smooth hand-off of customers to proper departments for billing, scheduling, and follow up once sale is completed.
- Creates on-going action plans for process improvement with a focus on departmental efficiencies and enhanced use of technology.
- Produces regular reporting metrics to evaluate progress and identify challenges to drive decision-making.
- Collaborates cross-functionally with leaders across the business to identify strategies to achieve overall company success.
- Miscellaneous duties as assigned from time to time.
- Occasional overnight, out of state travel required.

Schedule is Tuesday-Saturday, 8am-5pm.

Education, Licensure and Experience Requirements:

- High School Diploma required: Bachelor’s degree or above preferred.
- At least 1-year experience in sales (inside or outside).?Sales experience in the Pool Service/Repair Industry is highly preferred.
- Experience working in a fast-paced and highly cross-functional organization.
- Proven results with sales, revenue growth, and customer retention programs.

- Self-starter capable of working independently with a strong work ethic and partner collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Excellent attention to detail, creative thinking, visual skills, and organization abilities.
- Ability to successfully manage multiple tasks, projects, and responsibilities.
- Understanding of a variety of audiences and demographics.
- Possess demonstrated listening and communication skills and a strong command of the English language, a proven record of excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Physically, the position requires sitting, walking, standing, crawling, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs. without assistance.

General Environment: Noise level in environment is generally quiet.

Physical Requirements: Employee is required to sit, stand, hear, and use hands to operate all necessary equipment. Employee must view computer monitors for long periods of time. Vision requirements are close vision and the ability to adjust focus. Employee occasionally will be required to lift, generally no more than 40 pounds.
