We’re a fast-growing and fast-moving company looking to hire a Sales Success Specialist to join our team. The Sales Success Specialist will work with both the sales and marketing departments to properly manage, service & execute best in store strategy to grow business. As the primary support resource for our best-in-class sales team, the Sales Success Specialist will help expand and improve our presence in Arizona’s dispensaries and assist Account Managers execute their short
- and long-term sales strategies. The Sales Success Specialist will gain firsthand experience developing customer relationships, identifying market opportunities, and growing a cannabis brand.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Create weekly action plans with the sales team to help them achieve goals and increase overall sales and distribution.
- Oversee planogram and marketing collateral placement in all accounts, maximizing our in-dispensary brand representation.
- Develops strong relationships with Dispensary Managers and Budtenders.
- Provide consistent and exceptional customer service to accounts.
- Gather and communicate market intelligence to AMs and others in the organization.
- Increase the OGeez product knowledge of customer dispensary staff by helping host/facilitate dispensary product trainings Collaborate with Account Managers to coordinate promotions and participates in designated promotional events.
- Contribute to team by going above and beyond to accomplish company goals as needed.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in sales, retail or hospitality industries
- Experience in the cannabis industry preferred (but not required).
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and deliver exceptional results on a strict deadline.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Travel required (50%+), good driving record, valid driver’s license, and insurance coverage.
- Experience with MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- A knack for gathering and organizing data (spreadsheets, project plans, etc.)

**Compensation & Benefits**

We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package, starting with a base salary of $45,000 - $55,000 and additional bonus opportunities. Benefits include paid parental leave, vacation time, 10 paid holidays (including 4/20), health, dental, vision, 401k, flexible spending accounts, company paid life insurance, and company-paid short term and long-term disability insurance.
