Architecture/Construction firm seeking to hire a full-time Office Assistant/Receptionist to assist and manage the front desk. They will work closely with our administrative assistant and office manager with daily clerical tasks and project management.

Job Duties:

- Greet our incoming vendors or clients
- Answering phones and directing calls to the appropriate staff members
- Filing, photocopying, collating, faxing, preparing mail, preparing documents and other forms
- Some data entry
- Scheduling appointments
- Scanning forms and documents
- Handling appointment reminders for Owners
- Upkeep / organization of the office
- Performing related duties and responsibilities as required by the office manager
- Project management and follow up with vendors and clients

Qualifications; Skills:

- Administrative/Receptionist experience required
- Punctual
- Excellent typing and organizational skills
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills
- Possess and project a positive attitude
- Ability to multitask
- Have excellent people skills and be outgoing
- Professional appearance
- Bilingual
- English/Spanish preferred++

Work schedule will be Monday
- Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
