Administrative Assistant/reception

Overview:
**Duties**:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner
- Assist in resolving any administrative problems
- Perform data entry, order entry, and maintain accurate records
- Proofread documents for errors and maintain filing systems
- Support customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist with scheduling appointments and organizing meetings
**Skills**:Required:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with phone systems and handling customer inquiries
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Nice-to-have:
- Experience in a medical office or as a medical receptionist
- Knowledge of QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks
- Familiarity with front desk operations
- Ability to handle basic file management tasks
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Pay: From $90,000.00 per year
